Jonathan Chan is the Chairman and CEO of Aetherium Acquisition Corp, a special purpose acquisition company focused on identifying and merging with technology-driven enterprises across Southeast Asia. With over two decades of experience in cross-border M&A and capital markets, he has built a reputation for structuring transactions that bridge Asian growth companies with U.S. public market liquidity.

Prior to founding Aetherium, Jonathan served as Managing Director at a leading bulge-bracket investment bank, where he led the technology, media, and telecommunications group covering the Asia-Pacific region. He has personally advised on more than forty transactions representing over twelve billion dollars in aggregate deal value.

Jonathan holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Hong Kong. He serves on the advisory boards of several fintech and enterprise SaaS companies operating in Singapore, Jakarta, and Ho Chi Minh City.
