Alex Lee serves as Chief Financial Officer of Aetherium Acquisition Corp, bringing deep expertise in financial structuring, SEC compliance, and post-merger integration to the firm's SPAC operations. His background spans institutional asset management, public company accounting, and transaction advisory services across the United States and Southeast Asia.

Before joining Aetherium, Alex was a Partner at a Big Four accounting firm, where he led the IPO and SPAC advisory practice for technology clients. He has guided more than twenty companies through the de-SPAC process and subsequent NASDAQ listings, with particular expertise in revenue recognition, earnout modeling, and PIPE financing structures.

Alex is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst. He earned his M.S. in Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business and his B.S. in Finance from the National University of Singapore. He is a frequent speaker at SPAC conferences and capital markets forums in New York and Singapore.
